What does Trella Health do with your Personal Information?
SaaS companies such as Trella Health, LLC (“Trella Health” or “we” or “us”) choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers
the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this
notice carefully to understand what we do.

This notice is separate from our policy for information subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations (“HIPAA”) and applicable state law, including requirements for privacy and security. Our use and disclosure of your individually identifiable information that constitutes “Protected Health Information,” as defined by HIPAA, is subject to HIPAA and applicable state law, and such laws control to the extent of any conflict with this Privacy Notice. Trella Health has made a corporate commitment to the privacy and security of our customers’ (and their patients’) personal, and especially, healthcare information, in addition to required compliance with any regulatory mandates issued under HIPAA

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
